Our Grills and Smokers, are 100% American Made and field tested in our catering business which is nestled in the foothills of the Great Smokies Mountains in Eastern Tennessee. All units have a hair pin locking, sandwich grill made of ¾ inch - #13 expanded metal which allows for easy rotation of foods for more uniform grilling and marinating on both sides. The pivot system can be locked prior to removing the finished food to prevent the food from flipping into the charcoal. You don’t need a rotisserie grill. The meat is grilled between the grill surfaces which allows you to quickly rotate the meat without having to individually flipping each item. At the same time, the meat can be mopped quickly and more often to prevent the meat from drying out. The quicker rotation grill surface also helps to reduce the amount of heat loss due the quicker time to turn the surface of the meat. |
