                                       Smoker Unit

The smoker is built with heavy gauge steel construction for years of enjoyable smoking.  Made of high quality materials and manufactured to the highest standards.  Suitable for commercial or backyard chefs whether you have a small gathering for the family and friends or have the need to smoke for a Company or Special group.  With our top of the line construction, you can instantly see the difference between our quality smoker unit and that of low end units sold in the big box stores. 

Smokers are the barbecue enthusiast idea of the perfect way to slow cook their favorite meats. Slow cooking and low temperatures with indirect heating give the meat a rich, natural smoke flavor with a tender and juicy “melt in your mouth” texture.

 The temperature and smoke is uniformly distributed within the smoke chamber with the aid of the drip shelf.  This lessens the hot spot that is so typical in many smokers that are not properly designed with allowance for good air flow.  The dual dampener system also adds to the ability to control the air flow, temperature and smoke volume.

 ODOC smokers are suitable for chicken, shrimp, fish, ribs, steaks and any other cuts of meat you like.  Slow cooking with marinades make the meat so tender and juicy that you can hardly wait to sample the meat.  Smoke your meat with a dry rub or finish it off with a glazing sauce.  Which ever way you prefer.  ODOC smokers have more than enough cooking surface for the serious backyard or tail-gaiter enthusiast and still have enough room for a few rub/glaze combination experiments.  Our units are efficient and can cook a large amount of meats with the 1,785 square inch grill surface.

 The drip shelf and drain plug allows for easy clean up.  Just soap down and rinse off with a water hose or pressure washer.

 The portable smoker is most preferred by caterers for feeding large crowds or special occasions where larger cuts of smoked meats are desired.  The trailers are our own designs and construction and are fully capable of supporting any of our units.
